Our client, a well known house builder, are currently seeking a Technical Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Technical Director, to support them in ensuring that the Technical team are fully resourced and well-directed, with clear guide lines to their own job responsibilities, and are provided with full support in achieving these, in terms of communication, training and development, and the organisation of the department's workload.
  • Manage and support the Technical team and external consultants, in order to achieve their objectives and business goals required for the successful delivery of project(s).
  • To ensure timely issue and distribution of Technical information to enable a full and comprehensive tender process, for a start on site with the right information through to completion of the project(s).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Technical Manager for a house builder.
  • Strong communication, listening, presentation skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Methodical, conscientious, organised and works to deliver high standards.
