Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Based in their office, you will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple housing developments. You’ll work closely with the construction, technical, and land teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a house builder
• Ideally have COINS experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to new trends and platforms quickly.
