Head of Technical

Key Responsibilities:

• The Head of Technical will lead and manage the technical function of the business, overseeing the design, engineering, and delivery of residential developments from inception through to completion.
• Effectively work as part of the senior management team and take a holistic approach to managing challenges and issues.
• Lead, motivate, communicate and develop the Technical team to ensure that they are fully engaged to achieve best performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience working at a senior level either as a Head of Technical managing a team of Technical Managers/ Technical Coordinators
• A good level of knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety/CDM Regulations, LABC/NHBC requirements, Building Regulations, Planning System, Codes of Practice, and other associated legislation.
