Our client, a leading house builder, are seeking a Customer Service Operative.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Customer Care Maintenance Operative carries out inspections and maintenance work to the highest standard work on newly sold homes within the area.
- The role of Customer Care Maintenance Operative reports to the Customer Care Manager / Team Leader.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a multi-trade skilled role.
- Basic plumbing and carpentry experience (e.g replacing wash hand basins , shower controls WCs taps, adjusting doors, stopping squeaking floors).
