Key Responsibilities:

  • The Customer Care Maintenance Operative carries out inspections and maintenance work to the highest standard work on newly sold homes within the area.
  • The role of Customer Care Maintenance Operative reports to the Customer Care Manager / Team Leader.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a multi-trade skilled role.
  • Basic plumbing and carpentry experience (e.g replacing wash hand basins , shower controls WCs taps, adjusting doors, stopping squeaking floors).
